What are your lead-times?
Lead-time for labels and tags is 3-5 weeks from the time the order is placed until the first shipment is made. This includes about a week to ten days for pre-production samples/proofs to be made. Production of pins & seals requires about three weeks lead-time. Our leading competitors require ten weeks lead-time or more!!!!

Where are you located?
Our home office is in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We have production facilities in Tennessee, Alabama, New York, Toronto, Hong Kong & Bangkok. We also have sales offices in New York, Florida, Illinois and Pennsylvania.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Your credit card information is completely safe. We use a secure merchant account system. Please call, as Artco Textiles will handle credit card transactions offline.

Do you provide graphic assistance in designing my products?
We have graphic artists available to assist in the design of your products. Customers are charged for graphic assistance on a case-by-case basis. Normal design service is $250.

Can I provide my own custom-made artwork?
Absolutely!! Either mail us a hard copy or e-mail a file to ArtcoInt@comcast.net

Do you provide samples?
Yes and no. For woven labels we provide uncut samples for your approval before actual production of your finished labels. For printed items, we provide digital proofs for your approval. In the case of specialty items such as pins and cuff links, a sample charge may apply, but will be applied against your approved order.
