NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We are happy to assist small or new businesses develop a brand label with just that right look! Whether you are looking for a woven and printed label on canvas or a pillowed loop label in full damask, the staff at Artco Textiles is ready to assist you!

New label design can be an exciting yet involved process. Our minimum order is 5,000 and will generally cost approximately $500. So what do YOU get for $500? Artco Textiles will lead you through the process of developing and ordering labels and will provide two versions of uncut samples for your approval. Additional samples may be assessed a $50 sample fee. When the product is exceptionally unique (note photos above) further sample charges may apply. However, these charges may be waived upon placing a larger order.

Artco Textiles requires a 50% payment in advance from all new customers. The balance of payment is due upon shipment. Once credit has been established Artco Textiles terms are net 30 days on all future orders.

New Label Development Guidelines

Artwork: must be in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Corel Draw. Depending on the complexity of the artwork a JPEG, GIF. TIF, or EPS file may be acceptable.

Colors: We use Pantone or PMS colors in all our designs. If you do not have a Pantone or PMS color available, please let us know right away. We will assist you in determining in determining the color(s) before any samples are produced.

Decisions regarding size, fold type, and fabrication must be made prior to sampling. Please see our fabric label glossary for assistance. We are happy to send you samples of different fabrications to help you decide. When determining size, allow an additional 3/8” for sew space.

Quantity: Our minimum order is 5,000 labels.

Additionally, Graphic design services are available for customers who do not yet have a logo or brand icon developed.
